ABOUT THE PROJECT
We started our cooperation with Imperial Tobacco after winning the tender in 2019 and have been working with them ever since. This client entrusts us with the communication of some of the most important topics from the perspective of the brand, which include, among others, receiving the title of Top Employer (Poland, Europe), a comprehensive recruitment campaign for the most important production position (Machine Mechanic), a mentoring program for students of the nearby Adepci ZST technical school, the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the factory in Radom or the implementation of a detective game among employees, communicating new behaviors adopted by the company as part of the change of vision. On an ad hoc basis, we also support the company in implementing current projects, providing them with gadgets and prints.

TOP EMPLOYER TITLE, 3 EDITIONS
Winning the title of Top Employer by the company is a great employer branding feat. We have already had 3 opportunities to design and implement communications addressed at employees and external recipients, informing about this achievement. We were responsible for the key visual project, which was then used in online (social media, banner campaigns, mailings and employee newsletters) and offline media (posters, sticker, sponsored articles in the press), as well as media relations (Polska Press Grupa, ePoznań). Together, we have made local communities aware that the company won this title.
100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FACTORY IN RADOM
In 2022, the client’s factory in Radom celebrated its 100th anniversary. This is an extremely important event, so it required special service. As part of the cooperation, we prepared a key communication visual, which appeared as posts on the client’s social media, on posters during the events (historical exhibition, employee picnic), on a subpage dedicated to the topic, in a corporate film and on special gadgets. In order to share the good news with a larger audience, we started working with with a local advertising office (Grupa Rekord), where we co-organized radio recordings, TV spots and other sponsored materials in the form of prints and online media.
DETECTIVE GAME: ON THE CONSUMER'S TRAIL
Along with the strategic changes that took place inside the company, it was necessary to make the employees aware of them. As we didn’t want only standard communications, we proposed a detective game allowing employees to learn about the changes through an entertaining interaction. We prepared the strategy, concept and scenario of the game, the key communication visual and all necessary graphic elements (posters, newsletters, materials for the client’s intranet, animations).
RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN FOR MACHINE MECHANICS, 2 EDITIONS
One of the key production positions at Imperial Tobacco is that of Machine Mechanic, who watches over the smooth operation of the line – a true master of transformers! We have run two campaigns for the client, supporting the recruitment process for this position. We were responsible for the key visual project that appeared in the external campaign on the client’s social media, recruitment websites (Pracuj, OLX), YouTube and paid websites (banner campaign on allegro, advertising cooperation with Polska Press Grupa (Polish Press Group)).
