Ongoing support

The communications we produce in the form of newsletters, presentations, leaflets, brochures, posters, and digital media reach both office employees at the company’s headquarters, as well as staff working in Logistics Centers and Franchisees across more than 8,000 stores throughout Poland. We handle the creative sphere (big idea, strategy), graphic design, copywriting, and execution.

We co-create the key elements of the client’s visual identity – the CI manual, brand book, and logos for new internal initiatives. Upon request, we also carry out photo sessions of employees, locations, and events.

Employee events

As part of our client support, we have organized (and continue to organize) numerous internal events aimed at all company employees.

Intranet Launch

At the end of 2021, we successfully implemented graphic solutions for the client’s new tool: the Intranet. We were responsible not only for the visual aspects of the Intranet launch (logo, website design, banners, buttons) but also for an informational campaign aimed directly at employees. For nearly two months, we informed them about the significant upcoming change – the entire communication was divided into three phases: teaser, reveal, and education.

During the teaser phase, we played with language and creative elements, asking the audience fun, unanswered questions and letting them know that everything would soon become clear. In the reveal phase, we presented the same aspects in the context of the website’s functional elements and directed employees straight to the site. During the education phase, we explained how the Intranet works, what information could be found where, and encouraged employees to explore topics of interest in the new knowledge hub.

We continue to provide ongoing support for the Intranet, creating new posts and departmental sections, both in terms of content and graphics.
