ABOUT THE PROJECT
For Pepco, we developed a new edition of the annual “Know Your Customer” campaign, aimed at employees to help them better understand the network’s customer profile—age, education, shopping habits, and preferences. Our task was to transform numerous numerical survey data into an engaging and interesting format that would capture the audience’s attention. As part of the project, we created an animated film lasting about three minutes, a set of posters, and desktop screens for office computers, all forming a cohesive and visually appealing message.

OUR APPROACH
We combined hand-drawn, sketch-style illustrations with emotive photos of Pepco customers, giving the campaign a personal and authentic feel. Over 10 dedicated illustrations and a storyboard of more than 25 frames were created for the animation. The narrative was presented by a potential Pepco customer, Anna, who explained herself and other customers in an accessible way, giving the campaign a human dimension. The animated characters also appeared across other campaign media, ensuring visual consistency and enhancing audience engagement.
