Have it all by the sea.
Koło Brzegu Apartments
ABOUT THE PROJECT
We have worked with Nickel Development on many investments (including Warzelnia, Osiedle Księżnej Dąbrówki, Botaniczna, ST_ART Piątkowo), yet this was the first one in the category of holiday-investment. Two simple buildings, blending perfectly into the intimate atmosphere of Podczele, consisting of 97 apartments. Podczele is a quiet district in the east of Kołobrzeg, located away from the crowds of tourists visiting the resort. This area is located in the immediate vicinity of the so-called Eastern Ecopark, where you can find not only birds, but also some of the oldest beeches and oaks in Poland. We tried to capture the magical atmosphere of the place during a photo session organized specially for this investment.

VISUAL IDENTITY
“In the name itself, we wanted to capture that the investment is located close to Kołobrzeg. The chosen name, Koło Brzegu Apartments, reflects this location while also serving as a play on words: it literally means ‘next to the shore’ apartments. Additionally, the maritime accent was important, which we further emphasized through the use of nautical symbols. We aimed for the visual identity—based on large photos, a gold-navy-white color palette, and a carefully chosen serif font—to reflect the premium character of the investment. We also designed an extensive album-style catalog showcasing stunning photos of the area. Staying within the holiday vibe, we created postcards, map-style flyers for travelers, and a range of other supporting materials, including outdoor advertising.”
COMMUNICATION
A great holiday destination or a capital investment? We decided to present the apartments as both an investment and a chance to escape from the hustle and bustle of big cities. At first, we focused on creating positive emotions and showing the apartments as an attractive holiday destination. Then, through information and educational activities, we focused on potential investors and pointing out the long-term benefits of the purchase. We combined these two aspects together, stating that you can “Have it all by the Sea!”.
