Piwowarska since 2003
For 20 years, we have been supporting the internal communications department in its current tasks, implementing key visuals, sign projects, mailings, designing reports and supplying gadgets. We also provide comprehensive event services - from concept to implementation. One example is the implementation of the ecological campaign "In Harmony with Nature" throughout Poland (3 breweries, management office and approx. 20 sales locations). We organized green receptions and an ambient event with mime artists on the company's premises. The campaign "I am not reckless, I follow OHS", is also a series of events for breweries. The meeting of the employees of the Poznań brewery with Lech Poznań players in the beer warehouse and culinary workshops with bloggers are joint events organized together with the Lech Pils brand. On a few occasions, we have also supported the communications department in conducting internal communications research.

Safe in KP for years - OHS events
Over many years of cooperation, we have often also had the opportunity to help ensure the safety of Employees. We organized events, such as, “Safe for years”, “I am not reckless, I follow OHS” or “Every serious endeavor requires gloves”. Each time, the events were organized simultaneously in several breweries, and their task was to interest and attract as many Employees as possible. We used strong and expressive designs that were to make everyone think and pay more attention while performing daily duties. Research proves that a frequent cause of accidents is routine and simple thought patterns.

IN HARMONY WITH NATURE
One of our favourite initiatives has been is "In Harmony with Nature". The main assumption of the event was to emphasize the benefits of an ecological lifestyle. However, we went one step further and showed that ecology also means design. This is why the designs of interiors (both representative halls in office spaces and brewery receptions) included mainly second-hand materials. In 4 cities - Poznań, Warsaw, Białystok and Tychy - for one day, office spaces and brewery receptions turned into places full of natural greenery and wood. You could relax on comfortable sofas amid the sound of birds and get to know the principles of an ecological lifestyle, including ecodriving. Actors from the "Eyes to the Sky" theatre, were also engaged in the event and in specially designed outfits, acquainted employees with eco principles, handed-out healthy snacks and presented green elements of the interior decoration to employees for their own use.
The campaign was organized for all employees of Kompania Piwowarska, i.e. over 3,500 people and took place in all Polish cities where KP has its offices and breweries. It was met with a very positive reception, and its organization was praised by the Employees. In addition, the decorative elements of the interior design were later used to arrange creative meeting rooms.
Beer Days
We developed visual concepts and organized a series of events at the brewery in Poznań entitled "Beer Days." The aim of these activities was to present knowledge about different types of beer in an engaging way and to promote beer-drinking culture. Each event was dedicated to a specific type of beer, accompanied by unique graphic design and a custom installation created especially for the occasion. We arranged the space of the brewery’s lobby in Poznań as well as the pub.
